I was having trouble losing weight even though I tried numerous diets in the past. Prior to making an appointment with Tammy she scheduled a “Discovery” session with me where I informed her of my struggles with weight loss and my goals to getting healthy. I felt really comfortable with Tammy and was eager to get started. During our first visit I received a plan that included a 1500 calorie diet, recipes, tips on mindful eating, motivation to exercise, and eating patterns throughout the day to speed up my very sluggish metabolism. I lost 18 pounds in 7 weeks! She taught me how to stop dieting and to just be healthy. The next thing on my To-Do list is private yoga lessons!
