About Tammy Fogarty, Ph.D., RD

Tammy Fogarty is a passionate and dedicated registered dietitian and nutritionist who's committed to helping everyone lead their healthiest life. With more than 23 years of experience, her commitment to evidence-based practice has helped hundreds of clients reach their health goals.

Tammy earned her Ph.D. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University. Throughout her career, she has held roles in clinical and community nutrition and currently runs her private practice, About Thyme Nutrition. Tammy helps her clients with multiple nutritional needs, from managing chronic conditions to achieving weight loss.

Tammy lives in South Florida with her husband, Rob, and their two dogs, Molly and Mugsy, where they enjoy their time cooking, boating, staying fit, and traveling. Tammy and Rob love spending time with friends and their growing family.
